Our new range of Greenhouse
The greenhouse is the productive hub around which your garden revolves. It is where your seedlings germinate and flourish in the warmth and protection of the greenhouse until winter melts into spring and seedlings become healthy young plants ready for the garden. When the seedlings are gone you may want to grow cropping plants. Tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, melons, aubergines and other healthy and tasty fruits of the vegetable world, or, you can transform your greenhouse into a summerhouse by folding away our unique plant staging.
The Frost greenhouse can also be a wonderful place to relax in. Full of daylight and protected from the elements. Why not make space in it for yourself, where you can sit and plan or daydream. You may want to install a kettle and a radio or lose yourself for hours tending your plants in peace.

Features of the Frost Greenhouse Construction

Frost Construction
Frost Greenhouses, cloches and compost bay doors are made using traditional joinery methods out of finest dark red Maranti.
An excellent UK government approved durable hardwood selected for its quality and longevity.
Hinges, Handles, Stays
Hinges, door and window furniture are made from stainless steel or nickel plated brass which will not tarnish or be affected by the weather.
Glass
Toughened safety glass is used throughout as standard but should you have any special requirements we would be happy to discuss them with you.
Standard Colours
We have our own choice of traditional colours in micro-porous stain and paint but can cater for special requirements. 
The colours shown above are: Jasmine, Wedgewood, Clotted Cream, Stone and Teak Stain.
Automatic Roof openers
Automatic roof openers are essential in the greenhouse to prevent overheating.
A generous 50% of our Standard Greenhouse roof opens automatically to control the heat build up on hot summer days. To let cooler air in at a lower level there are two large automatic opening windows and, in addition, the remaining two windows can be opened manually.
Our Guttering and Roof Capping
Guttering and roof-glass capping are made from heavy duty powder coated aluminium.
Finials
Traditional finials finish off our greenhouse roofs. A simple but elegant flourish that completes the aesthetic of the structure.
Cloches
Cloches, useful for hardening off tender plants in spring and the traditional place to grow compact fruit, vegetables and strawberries are exceptionally sturdily made for longevity.
Our Plant Staging
Frosts uniquely designed staging folds down to create clear space for growing plants from ground level, or, to enable the enlarged space to be used for other purposes throughout the year.
Composting
Composting is a metaphor for the natural cycle which is gardening. We supply traditional boarded fronts with side channels coloured to match your greenhouse which fit between the brick walls of each compost bay which, built alongside your greenhouse, will generate heat to keep the building warm, naturally.
Sloping Cills
All internal and external surfaces in Frost Greenhouses are sloped to ensure water runoff by preventing water collecting on the framework.
